Terms & Conditions



On joining Apollo Gymnastics you agree to abide by all rules, policies and procedures and violation of these rules may result in suspension. Upon registering your child, you and your child automatically agree to abide by our Code of Conduct.




1.Health and Safety

1.1 I agree to my child/ward being a member of Apollo Gymnastics and understand that, while staff and coaches will take all reasonable care of my child, they cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by my child/ward participating in the club activities. Due to the nature of activities at a gymnastics club we wish to inform you that the possibility of serious injury exists. It is vital that members follow instructions given to them by coaches to decrease the risk of serious injury. By attending class it is deemed that you accept all risks associated with such participation.


1.2 Consent is given for any emergency medical examination, diagnosis and treatment that may be necessary for my child in the event that permission cannot be sought


1.3 Parents should be aware that due to the nature of gymnastics it is necessary for the coaches to have physical contact – known as ‘handling’ , ‘supporting’ or ‘spotting’ the gymnasts.


1.4 It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure that any physical and/or mental disabilities or issues are disclosed in full and that registration forms are complete, correct and up to date


1.5 Photography and videography of class and students will occur. Photos of each student are stored with their registration on our class databases which is compliant with all GDPR guidelines. Group shots from class or demonstrations may be used for our advertising, website or social media platforms. No individual photos of children will be used in this manner without prior permission sought


1.6 Any person confirmed as having, or showing symptoms of COVID 19 must not attend class. Any person requested to self isolate for any reason must not attend class.


2. Club Rules

2.1 All participants must follow instructor/coach instructions and guidelines at all times.

Unauthorised use of equipment or property is strictly forbidden


2.2 Correct and suitable attire must be worn at all times. No shoes, no zips, no loose clothing. No jewellery. Hair should be tied up.


2.3 No unauthorised adults or children in venue.


2.4 No video/photography without prior consent from coach/staff. No mobile phones allowed by students.


2.5 No food or drink to be taken into the venue with the exception of water. All water bottles should have a seal/close and should be labelled with child’s name.


2.6 Students must arrive at class on time and be collected promptly after class from the allocated drop off/pick up points. Please ensure students are dressed ready for class and have used the bathroom prior to class to avoid disruption and/or delays.


2.7 Apollo Gymnastics have a strict Anti-Bullying policy. Any parent or student in breech of this policy risks permanent suspension from all club activities.


3.Bookings and Payments

3.1 All students must be registered and term fees paid in full before commencement of class. Any cash payments should be placed in an envelope with students name and class written on it. 


3.2 All payments are final and non refundable. We do not operate a ‘make up’ class policy. Unattended classes cannot be credited towards another term. Refunds may be considered following an illness/injury and production of a medical certificate.


3.3 Classes must be attended by the registered student only and membership or fees cannot be transferred to another person.


3.4 Late payment of fees may result in a student losing their place in class. If you are struggling with payments or are having financial hardship, please email the office to discuss options. This will be done with full discretion and privacy.


3.5 Payments forms accepted are; credit/debit card via online link, Revolut and cash. Receipts can be requested at any time by contacting the office.
